Introduction
  1.1 This warranty policy governs the warranty that we offer on the $FRY Miners purchased on our eCommerce website.
  1.2 By purchasing a $FRY Miner on our website, you agree to the terms of this warranty policy. If you do not agree to this warranty policy, please do not purchase $FRY Miners from our website.

    Warranty Coverage
  2.1 We offer a full 1-year warranty on all $FRY Miners purchased from our website.
  2.2 Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that arise during normal use of the $FRY Miner.
  2.3 Our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper handling of the $FRY Miner.

    Warranty Claims
  3.1 To make a warranty claim, please contact us at support@fryscryptoexcursions.on.spiceworks.com.
  3.2 We may require proof of purchase and/or evidence of the defect in order to process your warranty claim.
  3.3 If we determine that your $FRY Miner is defective or damaged due to a covered issue, we will repair or replace the $FRY device free of charge.
  3.4 We will cover the cost of shipping the $FRY device to and from our office for repair or replacement.

    Warranty Exclusions
  4.1 Our warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, natural disasters, or other external factors outside of our control.
  4.2 Our warranty does not cover damage caused by modifications or alterations to the $FRY Miner made by anyone other than our authorized technicians.
  4.3 Our warranty does not cover damage caused by using the $FRY device for purposes other than its intended use.

    Limitations of Liability
  5.1 Our liability for any claim arising from the use or inability to use the $FRY Miner is limited to the amount paid for the device.
  5.2 We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the $FRY Miner.
