The following Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Affiliate Program (the "Program") provided by [Fry Foundation] ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully.

By signing up for the Program, you ("Affiliate", "you", or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not sign up for the Program.

1. Affiliate Payouts

1.1. Payouts to the Affiliate under the Program will be processed once a week on a designated day determined by the Company.

1.2. Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the Company, the maximum payout to an Affiliate for any one week will be $100 USD ("Standard Payout Limit").

1.3. The Company, at its sole discretion, may increase or decrease the Standard Payout Limit without prior notice. This may be done for any reason or no reason, and at any time.

1.4. Any increase or decrease in the Standard Payout Limit will not affect any earned and unpaid commissions which are due to you under these Terms.

2. Modifications

We may amend any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. Any changes will be updated on the Company's website or sent to the email address provided by you. It is your responsibility to check for any such notices of change.

3. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.

4. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and agree to all its provisions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorized to participate in the Program.
